Here’s a short vlog I did a little while back. I’m still a bit new to them so bare with me, but be sure to digest what I’m getting at.  

There is often a good amount of talk and even debate over the relationship between works and faith. You may be familiar with the verse “But will thou know, vain man, that faith without works is dead?”. Surely, one with faith in Jesus Christ need shew forth works, or “bear fruit” as it is often put. This article, however, outlines the marks of what I am calling the.

God has spoken and it has been written down. These words are so much more than anecdotes and good advice. This is the POWERFUL word of God which is totally true and worthy of following. Every day, I am out of line with God, through sin. I wonder whether a whole 5 minutes can pass without me sinning. The more I read the Word, the more I am aware of and convicted of my sin. I thank God, since conviction is very necessary in the process of repentance – one of the true signs of belonging to God as opposed to Satan. Along with being convicted myself, I am also made aware. 

Way back before the first murder, God speaks such a simple-seeming piece of wisdom. Here’s what He said – its definitely something to meditate over when tempted or faced with a forked decision. If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it.  

One day, I sat down and caught onto one of these videos. I watched all three. Then I watched them again. I really couldn’t believe what I was seeing and hearing. The scary part is… if we all look around, we can see the roots of the phrase used all throughout “Do what thou wilt” very clearly. I challenge you to not write these videos off as paranoid extremist propaganda. 

Do you truly believe all scripture is infallible? Are you prepared to stand by it whether it seems to contradict itself or not? Legions attack it, but the bible still remains the word of God. When things don’t seem clear, we are the problem, not the text. Let me introduce you to what may seem to be a strange concept.
